2. Products
Our products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only, as directed. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always check the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing or stock errors occur — in which case you will be refunded in full.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Your rights to cancel and return products are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
